From sourcing 99.70% pure EC grade raw materials to final dispatch, we ensure that every process aligns with globally recognized standards, providing reliable, consistent, and high-quality products that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations. We operate a fully equipped ISI-standard testing laboratory to ensure every batch meets strict national and international benchmarks. Through complete mechanical, electrical, and galvanizing evaluations, we deliver high-performance conductors built for safety, efficiency, and long-term durability.
The raw material used in conductor manufacture is EC grade aluminium (99.7% purity) wire rod under quota scheme from Hindalco Ind. Ltd. (Aditya Birla Group) and NALCO, Orissa (PSU), and HTS steel wires uniformly coated with electrolytic high-grade (99.95%) pure zinc from TATA SSL & AARTI in India and imported from Mexico, South Korea, Thailand etc.
We have adequate instruments in our fully equipped ISI-standard laboratory for essential tests including breaking load, resistance, wrapping, lay ratio, size, dip, torsion, elongation, and zinc coating. These tests ensure consistent quality, durability, and compliance with required industry standards.
